**Early Check-in & Late Check-out** Whenever possible, we’re happy to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs. Please contact us a few days before your arrival to confirm availability. **Parking** There is ample parking in carport and driveway. Please do not park on lawn. **Insect Precautions:** We routinely treat the property for bugs and insects, but Florida's subtropical climate naturally supports various critters. To help minimize their presence, please keep doors closed whenever possible. **Propane Tanks** We provide multiple propane tanks for both grills. If all tanks are empty, guests will need to refill them, and we will gladly reimburse the cost of the refill. **Pool** We believe outdoor amenities are best enjoyed without a net enclosure, creating a more enjoyable experience. While the pool is professionally cleaned and vacuumed weekly, leaves from nearby trees may still occasionally drift into the water and settle at the bottom. **Location** The house is situated in a lively area with plenty of shopping and dining options. It’s located on the same thoroughfare as LEGOLAND®. Additionally, you may hear boats and jet skis on the lake. That said, the house and property themselves offer a very relaxing atmosphere, with peaceful water views and private spaces that make it easy to unwind once you’re on site. Intimate gatherings are allowed, but different rates and rules apply. Please contact us in advance for approval. The dock, beach, and firepit are just across a quiet dead-end drive that serves only a few homes. We want you to feel right at home, so please relax and enjoy your stay! If anything gets broken or damaged (no matter how small) just let us know. We understand these things happen, and a quick heads-up helps us keep the space in great shape for you and for future guests.

Truly one of the best air bnbs for the price we have stayed at! They had legit everything - we even made waffles for everyone Saturday morning because they had a double deck waffle maker. Pool was so warm. They also gave us s’mores kit complimentary. Great place - highly recommend!

This was a family vacation which included grandparents, 2 daughters their husbands and 4 kids ages 8 to 6mo. The house was excellent for the 10 of us, with plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms, dinnerware, and seating in the back yard. The game room was a win for the grandkids, and the pool was amazing! The pool is heated so we were able to swim even when the air temps were cooler. Legoland is about a 5 minute drive from the house and that was a win for our family. The house was well equipped for all ages, even for the 6 month old. Thank you Julie and David for sharing your beautiful home with our family.

Julie and David’s home had EVERYTHING you could ever want or need in a vacation home- we didn’t even have time to use it all. Every appliance or electronic was top notch quality. Everything was pristine & clean and decorated so nicely. There are so many comfortable places to relax both indoors and outdoors. The pool was perfectly warm, the fire pit came stocked with a s’mores kit, game room had options for all ages, it was a kid friendly home, and there was plenty of parking. The pictures we took and memories that we made were priceless! We’re already planning to rent again to relive our amazing weekend!

We took our adult daughters and grandchildren to Legoland for the weekend and the house was perfect for our group! Plenty of things to do to keep everyone entertained. I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this gorgeous lakefront house in Winter Haven! The property is stunning, with breathtaking views of the lake that made every morning and sunset feel and like a retreat. The house itself is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring on the kayaks that they provide you. The host was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect getaway for our son's wedding. Whether you're looking for outdoor adventure, peaceful reflection, or just a cozy home away from home, this spot has it all. I highly recommend this home for anyone visiting Winter Haven! This was our second time at Julie and David’s house and once again, it was excellent! The house is well equipped from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the play room to outdoor activities, they literally have it all! We’re already looking forward to next year’s friend’s trip!
