**Early Check-in & Late Check-out** Whenever possible, we’re happy to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs. Please contact us a few days before your arrival to confirm availability. **Parking** There is ample parking in carport and driveway. Please do not park on lawn. **Insect Precautions:** We routinely treat the property for bugs and insects, but Florida's subtropical climate naturally supports various critters. To help minimize their presence, please keep doors closed whenever possible. **Propane Tanks** We provide multiple propane tanks for both grills. If all tanks are empty, guests will need to refill them, and we will gladly reimburse the cost of the refill. **Pool** We believe outdoor amenities are best enjoyed without a net enclosure, creating a more enjoyable experience. While the pool is professionally cleaned and vacuumed weekly, leaves from nearby trees may still occasionally drift into the water and settle at the bottom. **Location** The house is situated in a lively area with plenty of shopping and dining options. It’s located on the same thoroughfare as Legoland, so traffic can be busy at times. Additionally, you may hear boats and jet skis on the lake. While the house and property offer a relaxing atmosphere, if you’re seeking complete quiet during your stay, this may not be the best fit for you. Intimate gatherings are allowed, but different rates and rules apply. Please contact us in advance for approval. The dock, beach, and firepit are just across a quiet dead-end road that serves only a few homes. We want you to feel right at home, so please relax and enjoy your stay! If anything gets broken or damaged (no matter how small) just let us know. We understand these things happen, and a quick heads-up helps us keep the space in great shape for you and for future guests.

This house was amazing. We booked this place for a guys trip to relax in between golf rounds at Streamsong, and ended up having as much fun playing pool volleyball and H.O.R.S.E outside while cooking on the flat top. There is so much space to stretch out and breathe while being together or separate, enjoying the beach fire by the lake or kayaking, or sitting together in the living room. The bedrooms are super comfortable and spacious, there are more than enough bathrooms to accommodate a group or families, and there is so much to do. The house is modern and decorated nicely as well. We will be trying to book this place again, but this time with families, especially with Legoland just minutes away. Honestly, anyone could stay at this house the whole time without going anywhere and be satisfied. We didn’t have any questions for the hosts because the instructions pretty much laid out everything necessary from check-in to check-out. This house contributed to an all-timer vacation.

We all really enjoyed this house. There was plenty of space for everyone in our party to be comfortable, everything was very clean, and all appliances and fixtures had a premium feel. The pool and surrounding outdoor space were fantastic, with enough chairs, umbrellas, and tables for us to gather and enjoy our time together. We appreciated the privacy that the layout offered as well. The grilling station was very well structured with both the griddle and grill working with no issue. We made good use of the kayaks and paddle boards and were able to enjoy some peaceful time out on the lake. The hosts did an excellent job of organizing the amenities, and even left us some wood and s’more’s kits to use at the fire pit. Overall, this house has many excellent features, all made better by small details that truly enhance the experience.

Absolutely loved the house! The hosts were fabulous. I have stayed in several Airbnb's in the past, and this was by far the best. The house has everything, and the complimentary items were the icing on the cake. Very clean and felt right at home.

What a beautiful home, amazing view, excellent pool and yard space, with plenty of living space for everyone to eat, play and rest. Everyone enjoyed Galaga and PacMan in the game room! It was especially great for the kids to have a place to play, but also feel safe (and confident there wasn’t anything they could break) in the game room and common spaces. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful space! Everyone wants to return soon!
